Rachael Kelly.

Rachael Kelly is a best-selling author and Founder/CEO of HiveStrong and HiveSmart Consulting. Rachael is a self-made global executive specializing in strategy, organizational effectiveness, people, and culture. With over 20 years of experience, she has transformed organizations through strategic planning, operating model design, team development, and creating award-winning cultures.

Her passion, HiveStrong, is a non-profit organization that supports survivors of domestic violence, abuse, and human trafficking helping them escape from perilous situations and providing career pathways to sustained economic empowerment. Her best-selling book “From Trauma to Triumph: Finding Your Way Out: The End” was born from her own story of the trauma cycle that began with a tumultuous childhood and adolescence and ended with a 20-year toxic relationship. The resources that helped Rachael to survivorship, inspired her to create HiveStrong.

In 2024, Rachael founded HiveSmart Consulting providing HR fractional business executive leadership and team services for entrepreneurial organizations. One hundred percent of HiveSmart Consulting's profits fund HiveStrong with each partnership funding the freedom of six survivors. The HiveSmart team is comprised of an elite force of business veterans whose expertise spans strategy, marketing, operations, and technology helping organizations define their vision, comprehensive business strategies, and organizational structure.

Rachael is involved in philanthropic work, which includes board development and governance, writing, founding, and launching initiatives that strengthen our communities. Rachael lives in Dallas, TX, raising two special needs children.
